Also heard on application for restoration of CRMP No. 176 of 2019 which was dismissed for want of prosecution by this Court vide order dated 03.07.2023. On due consideration and for the reasons stated in the application which is duly supported by an affidavit, I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for restoration of CRMP No.176 of 2019. Taking into consideration the submission and cause shown in the application, I am inclined to restore CRMP No.176 of 2019. Prayer for restoration of petition is allowed and CRMP No. 176 of 2019 is restored to its original number subject to deposit of Rs.2,000/- (rupees two thousands only) to the High Court Legal Aid Committee within a period of 30 days.
