23/11/2023	Ms. Sharmila Singhai, learned Senior Advocate, as Amicus
	Curiae along with Mr. Amit Singh, learned Panel Lawyer of the Chhattisgarh High Court Legal Services Committee, for the Appellant. Mr. Ashish Tiwari, Government Advocate, for Respondent/State. Vide previous Order dated 22.11.2023, this Court had appointed Ms. Sharmila Singhai, learned Senior Advocate, as Amicus Curiae to assist the Court on behalf of the Court. Similarly, Mr. Amit Singh, Advocate, who is in the panel of the Chhattisgarh High Court Legal Services Committee was also directed to appear on behalf of the appellant and argue the appeal. The Chhattisgarh High Court Legal Services Committee is directed to issue an appropriate order in favour of Mr. Amit Singh, Advocate, who appeared on behalf of the appellant and argue the appeal which has been decided today separately.
