1. At the outset, learned counsel for the respondent submits that order in question has been complied with.
2. Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that order in question has been party complied with, as pursuant to the order of this Court petitioner has been reinstated, however, some party of salary has been paid and some party of salary has not been paid to the petitioner.
3. Be that as it may and in view of aforesaid submission, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this contempt petition. It is accordingly closed . However, liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioner to proceed in accordance with law for redressal of his grievance, if any, before appropriate authority.
