2022, a direction was given to the respondents to take appropriate decision on representation of the petitioner (Annexure P-2). He would further submit that vide Annexure R-3, petitioners' representation has been rejected and information to this effect has been sent to the petitioners also. Such facts have also been contended by respondents in their return.
“4. Given the said submission made by the Additional Advocate General, the writ petition as of now stands disposed off directing the respondent No. 2 to take an appropriate decision on AnnexureP/2 dated 26.10.2021, in accordance with rules governing the field, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 60 days.”
