1. Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3 referring to Annexure-C/1 & Annexure-C/2 and other annexed documents submits that despite issuing letter to the

petitioner, he has neither submitted his reply, nor filed any document to show his ownership on the disputed land, in such situation his representation has been decided by Respondent No. 3 and closed his complaint. Thus, order under contempt has been complied with.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although representation of petitioner has been decided and order has been complied with, but petitioner is not satisfied with the order passed by the respondent No.3.
3. Perusal of the documents filed by the respondent and contention made by the learned counsel for both the parties, order under contempt directing respondent to decide the representation of petitioner has been complied with, therefore, nothing remains in instant petition to proceed further.
4. However, if petitioner is not satisfied with the alleged order, then he may take appropriate remedy for redressal of his grievance.
5. In view of above, this contempt petition is dismissed. The rules issued to the respondent are discharged and the instant contempt proceedings are dropped.
