| Learned counsel for the respondent Mr. Deshmukh submits that the order dated 11.06.2020 passed by this Court has been modified by the order dated 29.04.2022 and they were permitted to deposit the amount before the Registry of this Court within a period of 4 weeks and then the respondent No.1 shall be entitled to receive the same on furnishing the security. In compliance of order dated 29.04.2022 an amount of Rs.18,98,272/- has been deposited through demand-draft No.000716, dated 06.05.2022 issued by Axis Bank, Baikunthpur Branch and deposited on 09.05.2022 before the Registry of this Court and therefore order has been complied with and the contempt case may be closed. |
