02.09.2002. Vide order dated 29.09.2015, she was promoted to the post of Additional Aanganbadi Worker -cum- Nutritional Counsellor/Creche Worker. In the year 2019, petitioner was given additional charge to work as Creche Worker at Aanganbadi Centre Khiloura-01 of Village Panchayat Khiloura. He submits that as the petitioner is working as Creche Worker since 2019 at Aanganbadi Centre Khiloura-01, according to letter issued by the Directorate, Women and Child Development Chhattisgarh on 02.01.2019, petitioner is entitled for her consideration to be appointed as Aanganbadi Worker with her consent. Before issuing advertisement for appointment of Aanganbadi Worker for Aanganbadi Centre Khiloura-01 respondents have not initiated proceeding of taking consent of the Creche Worker i.e. petitioner. He submits that the petitioner is having priority to be considered based on her past service and therefore petitioner submitted representation much prior to issuance of advertisement on 27.07.2021 before District Programme Officer/Competent Authority for appointing her as Aaganbadi Worker or Sahayika, but till date representation was not decided.
