Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the pending representation dated 13.07.2022 (Annexure P-4) within stipulated time.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is working as 'Assistant Grade -I' and posted at Panchayat Election Branch and Record Room, Raipur. For the period of 2021-22 in ACR of petitioner, respondent No.2 made adverse remarks. Aggrieved by which, on 13.07.2022 petitioner submitted representation before respondent No.2 for reviewing the adverse entry made by him but till date it has not been considered and decided. Petitioner is apprehending that, promotion proceedings is likely to be initiated and if adverse entry made in ACR is not reviewed, he may suffer aversely. He contended that grievance of petitioner would be redressed if a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representation dated 13.07.2022 at the earliest within specified time.

Learned counsel for respondents submits that if representation submitted by the petitioner is not yet decided, it will be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with law.

Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused record.

Considering entire facts and circumstances of case, submissions of learned counsel for respective parties, nature of grievance raised by petitioner, writ petition stands disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representation dated 13.07.2022 Annexure P/4 within an outer limit of 'six weeks' from the date of receipt of copy of order passed by this Court. CC as per rules.
