The petitioner has filed the present petition directing with a prayer that the respondent be kindly be directed to fix the pay of the petitioner as per the first time bound pay scale scheme w.e.f 27.01.2013 and also grant of arrears thereof.

The matter was listed before this Court on 11.07.2022 on that date State counsel was directed to file status report with regard to claim of the petitioner. In pursuance of the order passed by this Court, the State has filed status report wherein Department of Finance has passed the order dated 27.07.2002 by amending the order dated 20.12.2015 the first time bound pay scale of Rs. 15600-39100 grade pay of Rs. 6600/- has been sanctioned in favour of the petitioner w.e.f 27.01.2013 as sought by the petitioner and annexed the copy of the order Annexure R/3.

Considering the fact and circumstances of the case, It is directed the arrears be calculated and pension be also revised according to the new pay scale and revised pay scale and arrears be paid within two months from the date of copy of this order.

So far as the other grievances, the petitioner is granted liberty to make representation before the appropriate authority, who in turn, shall decide the case of the petitioner in accordance with the law. If the grievances of the petitioner is still survive then the petitioner may approach this Court for redressal.

With this observation, the instant petition is disposed off.
