No. 03/2021 for deleting the name of petitioner No. 1 from the array of cause title of the petition as she died during the pendency of the writ petition. He further submits that he may be permitted to delete the name of petitioner No. 1. The submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners is not opposed by counsel for the respondent No. 1.
