1.The petitioner has filed the petition challenging the order dated 07.08.2019 (Annexure P/5) passed by the State of Chhattisgarh by which the services of the petitioner have been terminated on account of conviction for five years by the learned Special Judge (Prevention of Corruption Act), South Bastar Dantewada.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that against the order of conviction, he has filed Criminal Appeal No. 1043 of 2019 wherein suspension of conviction is pending. He would further submit that the termination order has been passed in violation of principle of natural justice as no enquiry before dismissal from services has been conducted.

3.Considering the fact that the services of the petitioner were terminated on account of conviction by the Court, I am not inclined to interfere in the order passed on 07.08.2019.

4.Accordingly, the writ petition deserves to be and is hereby dismissed. However, the reinstatement of the petitioner will be dependable upon the final outcome of the criminal appeal.
