This petition has been brought praying for issuance of appropriate Writ.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a land owner whose landed property was acquired for the purpose of construction of Shivrinarayan Barrage Scheme for the

submergence area of Shivrinarayan Barrage in the year 2013-2014. The compensation in favour of the petitioner has not been determined so far and it is almost going to be about 09 years, therefore, it is prayed that appropriate orders be passed giving directions to the respondent authorities.

Learned State counsel submits that matter may be disposed off with directions.

Considered on the submissions, the petition is disposed off at the motion stage. Petitioner is granted liberty to file a fresh representation before respondent No.2, 3 and 4 within a time limit of 15 days and on filing of such representation, the respondents No.2, 3 and 4 shall be obliged to consider on the representation on the matter of determining the compensation in favour of the petitioner and also in the matter of benefits of resettlement and rehabilitation as per the scheme and take decision within a time limit of 120 days.

With these directions, the petition is disposed off.
