Master in Science (Home Science) in Session 2017-18, both the degrees are granted to the petitioner as a regular student. She also took admission to the course of Diploma in Guidance and Counselling, which she passed as a regular student in Session 2018-19. Earlier the petitioner has cleared her Higher Secondary Examinaion in the year 2012, at that time, her name was mentioned as Surabhi Yadav in her certificates right from her Primary Education till Higher Secondary Education. Meanwhile, the petitioner was married to one namely Rajik Ahmed Ansari in the year 2012, due to that, she had changed her name as Smt. Suhana Ansari, therefore, all of her documents related to college education right from under graduate to post graduate and diploma bears her name as Smt. Suhana Ansari. Later on, after completing her college education, the petitioner got separate from her husband in the year 2021 and their marriage has been dissolved by the Family Court vide order dated 24.02.2022. Thereafter, the petitioner has altered her name back to her initial name as Surabhi Yadav in all necessary documents relating to her identity. As the petitioner got separate from her husband, therefore, it is also essential to correct her name in the mark-sheets and degrees of her education. Therefore, it is prayed that this petition may be disposed of at this stage only and liberty is granted to the petitioner to make appropriate application regarding correction in the mark-sheets and degrees before respondent No.4. It is further prayed that respondent No.4 may also be directed to decide such representations submitted by the petitioner as early as possible.
