Grievance raised by the petitioner in this writ petition is that the land of the petitioner bearing kh. no. 36/1 B admeasuring 1.283 hectare has been acquired by respondent No.4. While initiating acquisition proceeding, respondent No.4 issued letter/notice to the petitioner for supply of relevant document. Respondent No.4 thereafter concluded the land acquisition proceedings but that was

not in the notice of the petitioner. When he got knowledge of conclusion of land acquisition proceedings by respondent No.4, he approached respondent No.4 by making an application for supply of relevant document as mentioned in his applications dated 23.08.2018 and 19.12.2020. Respondent No.4, in pursuant to letter/application under Right to Information Act, has only supplied Notification issued by the Govt of India on 15^th December 2010 and other proceedings like the order-sheets and the computation/ determination of amount of compensation has not been provided to the petitioner. He submits that a direction may be issued to respondent No.4 to supply all the necessary and relevant documents as mentioned in application (Annexure P-2) to the petitioner within a stipulated time.

Ms. Priyamvada Singh, Panel Lawyer appearing for respondents No. 1 to 3/State would submit that as per the document (Annexure P-1), it is appearing that respondent No.4 sought documents of disbursement of amount of compensation. Hence, it is respondent No.4 who can supply the relevant documents to the petitioner.

Shri Sudeep Agrawal, Advocate, who normally appears for respondent No.4-SECL and is present in the Court, was requested to appear on behalf of respondent No.4. After going through the contents of writ petition, he submits that grievance of the petitioner at this stage is only that respondent No.4 be directed to supply copies of proceeding of land acquisition and other relevant documents which may be available in their possession. He submits

that if the petitioner approaches, the copies of the documents demanded and available with the respondents will be supplied to him.

In view of the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, it is directed that respondent No.4 shall supply all the documents which are mentioned in his application (Annexure P-2) to the petitioner within a period of 4 weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to enclose copy of writ petition along with copy of this order before respondent No.4 for proper compliance of the order.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with the aforementioned direction.
