Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that out of the Court settlement has arrived at between the parties and therefore, at present the petitioner do not want to prosecute the matter and seeks to withdraw the case with liberty to take appropriate steps.
Taking into consideration the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty that if any contingency arises, he may take appropriate steps available to him under the law.
Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
