Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed the application for dissolution of marriage before the learned Family Court, Katghora, District- Korba, Chhattisgarh on 12.09.2018 but till date the case is not reached to its logical end. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the Family Court, Kathghora, vide its order dated 10.01.2020 directed for DNA test of the petitioner and the matter is pending for last more than 3 years and 6 months therefore, he would pray that a direction may be issued to conclude the trial.

Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, it is directed that the Family Court, Katghora shall consider and decide the matter expeditiously preferably within a period of one year and six months from the date of receipt of

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the instant petition stands disposed of.
