initiated by the Village Panchayat considering all seven applications and finding respondent No.1 to be meritorious was not put to challenge by the petitioner on any of the grounds available to her but it is the order of the Additional Collector and the revisional order passed by the Commissioner is under challenge before this Court. The ground on which the Additional Collector allowed the appeal of non-considering and nonevaluating the application submitted by respondent No.1 by the Village Panchayat in the proceedings of the recruitment of Aanganbadi Worker in no manner can be said to be erroneous when it is not the case of petitioner before this Court that application of respondent No.1 was considered and she was found to be ineligible.
