1. The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.10/2020 registered at Police Station- AJAK Balrampur, District Balrampur-Ramanujganj, C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 450 & 376(2)(n) of Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 & 4 of the POCSO Act and Section 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
2. Prosecutrix appeared along with her maternal uncle through virtual mode from DLSA, Balrampur-Ramanujganj and she is duly identified by the DLSA Authority. Prosecutrix submits that she has no objection to release of the applicant on bail.
3. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail

application with liberty to file a fresh application before the trial Court.
4. Accordingly, the bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
