The applicant has preferred this Second bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as he is in custody in connection with crime No. 167 of 2021 registered in Police Station Darri, District - Korba, CG for offence punishable under Sections 376 and 506 of IPC. The first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh as and when occasion arises vide order dated 20.09.2021 passed in MCRC No. 6300 of 2021.
