was subsequently filed by her before this Court wherein the stay was granted and thereafter due to pendency of the revision for some reason or the other, there is uncertainty in adjudicating the criminal case, therefore, on the ground of delay in trial and further looking to the incarceration of the co-accused, bail was granted to co-accused. He would further submit that the case of the present applicant is similar to that of co-accused Avinash Shrivastava and Yuvraj Nishad who have been enlarged on bail, therefore, being in parity, the present applicant may also be enlarged on bail.
