Although the evidence of some of the witnesses have been examined, but the fact remains that this Court cannot give any preliminary finding on the basis of the evidence in the trial. The gravity of offence in this case is due to the murder of four persons in the same incident, therefore, I am of this view that it is not a fit case in which the applicant should be granted bail
