1. The applicants have preferred the first bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail, as they are arrested in connection with Crime No.537/2021, registered at Police Station – Kota, District – Bilaspur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
2. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the matter has been settled between the parties and he seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application.
3. On due consideration, permission is granted, as prayed for.
4. Accordingly, the present MCRC is dismissed as withdrawn.
