2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that on 28.3.2022 grand-father of the applicant has died, hence to attend the customary rituals, the applicant may be granted temporary bail for seven days.
3 . On the other hand, learned counsel for the State opposes the above submission and submits that presence of the applicant is not necessarily required for the performance of rituals on account of death of grand-father of the applicant.
4 . On due consideration, I do not feel inclined to grant temporary bail to the applicant, hence, IA No.01/2022 is dismissed.
5 . At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the bail application with liberty to file fresh application at appropriate stage.

7 . Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
