These first applications under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail. The accused/applicants have been arrested on 18.12.2021 in connection with Crime No.278/2021 registered at Police Station Pusour Raigarh for the offence punishable under Sections 394, 342, 395 & 34 of IPC.
2 . At the outset, learned counsel for the applicants prays to withdraw this application with liberty to file afresh at appropriate stage.
3. On due consideration, prayer allowed. Accordingly, these applications are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
