went to State Bank of India, Sivrinayaran. After furnishing the details, applicant along with complainant returned back. After some time, when complainant again went to Bank, he got knowledge that some amount has been withdrawn from his account and thereafter report was lodged. During course of investigation, applicant was interrogated and based on his memorandum statement, he was arrested.
