1. This MCC is filed for considering the request letter dated 29.06.2022 sent by Principal Judge, Family Court, Bilaspur for extension of time of two months for deciding Civil Suit No.417-A/2021 pending before the Family Court.
2 . It is stated in the aforesaid PUD that in WP(227) No.743/2021 decided by this Court on 03.01.2022, the Family Court was directed to decide Civil Suit No.417-A/2021 (Smt. Sunanda Pandey Vs. Chandrashekhar Pandey) preferably within a period of six months. However, in the proceedings of the case, six months have elapsed therefore, further extension of two months for deciding the aforesaid case has been requested.
