In spite of service of SPC (Special Post Card) to the appellant, the appellant is not present today.
Heard I.A. No.1/2021, an application for withdrawal of Vakalatnama.
For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed.
Since, appellant is not present today inspite of the fact that SPC has been served and Shri Ashish Gupta, Advocate has withdrawn his Vakalatnama and he has submitted that he has no instructions from the appellant.
Looking to the above, this appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
