narrated. The facts remain that one Vijay Kumar who was appearing from Shahdol, his examination started on 09.08.2018 and in the intermediate period his cross examination continued. However, some applications or other was filed, therefore his cross examination could not be concluded, thus the Court has observed that the petitioner shall not enforce to get adjournment on unnecessary grounds and if the petitioner fail to cross examine the witness, evidence would be closed. Reading of entire record would show that no adverse remarks have been made by the Court.
