Shri Amit Singh Chauhan, counsel for the petitioner. Heard. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by mistake submission was made on 30/07/2018 to withdraw the appeal (CRA No.888/2018) however the appellant still want to contest the appeal and at that time wanted to withdraw the application for suspension of sentence and grant of bail. It is submitted that the appellant is still in jail. In view of such submission, since the appellant is in jail, the order dated 30/07/2018 passed in CRA No.888/2018 is recalled and the criminal appeal is restored to its original number for hearing on merits before the appropriate bench.
