In pursuance of the order dated 02.11.2022, passed by this Court, the State Government has examined the matter and Mr. Pramod Mahajan, has been posted as Divisional Joint Director, Health Services whereas Dr. Anil Kumar Shrivastava, has been posted as Chief Medical & Health Officer, District Bilaspur vide order dated 25^th November, 2022

Since both the Senior doctors, who belongs to same cadre, have been posted as per their entitlement, therefore, nothing is required to be adjudicated in this contempt petition.

This Court hope & trust that in future they will perform their duties with their best of ability for betterment of the Society.

In view of the fact that respondents have substantially complied the order of this court, I do not find any reason to proceed further in the matter initiating contempt proceeding against the respondents.

Accordingly, the rule is discharged and contempt proceeding is dropped.
