1. Mr. Vivek Kumar Agrawal, learned Counsel who was appearing for the Petitioner pleads “no instructions” as the Petitioner has already taken “NOC” from his Office.
2. Learned Counsel for Respondent shows the document enclosed along with their Reply, particularly the Annexure R-3, dated 5.2.2021, whereby the claim of the Petitioner was duly considered and rejected.
3. Given the fact that the Respondent Authorities have considered the claim of the Petitioner and have rejected the same, the Order of this Court stands duly complied with. However, in case the Petitioner is still dissatisfied with the subsequent decision, he would be at liberty to challenge the same by way of a separate proceeding.
4. Accordingly, reserving the right of the Petitioner to avail such other remedy available to him under Law to challenge the subsequent decision, the Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
