proceedings for non-compliance of the order passed by this Court on 16.06.2014 in W.P.(C) No.1033/2014.
After going through the order passed by the Commission, I find that the Commission has, in substance, directed information to be supplied to the petitioner as per the order passed by the First Appellate Authority. It is relevant to note that in fact the appeal of the petitioner was allowed by the First Appellate Authority. It appears that as the information was not being supplied, the petitioner filed second appeal.
Once there is an order passed by the Appellate Authority and the Information Commission, it is obligatory on the part of Respondent No.3 to provide necessary information to the petitioner in accordance with the provision contained under the Act of 2005.
Respondent No.3 shall ensure that necessary information is supplied to the petitioner as per the orders passed by the First

and Second Appellate Authority within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
