1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would
submit that on the complaint of the

petitioner FIR has been registered on
04.07.2020 and only three persons have been
charge-sheeted and other accused persons
have not been charge-sheeted.
2. Be that as it may, learned counsel for the
petitioner is at liberty to invite attention
of the Superintendent of Police, Jangir-
Champa with respect to the persons who have
not been charge-sheeted. The concerned
Superintendent of Police is expected to look
into the matter in accordance with law.
However it is made clear that this Court has
not expressed any opinion on the merits of
the case.
3. With the aforesaid direction/observation the instant writ petition stands disposed of.
