1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the application filed under Section 156 (3) of CrPC is pending before the JMFC, Kharsiya since 21.12.2020 and there is no substantive progress on the hearing of that application.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make an application for urgent hearing before the JMFC, Kharsiya and the said Court will consider the application of the petitioner for urgent hearing and expedite the hearing of the application under Section 156 (3) of CrPC, in accordance with law.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost (s).
