2019 to May 2020 on promise to marry her. She carried pregnancy twice in December 2019 and April 2020, but on both the occasions, the applicant gave her some medicine for causing miscarriage. When the prosecutrix insisted for marriage, he abandoned the prosecutrix and went back to his native place at Mahasamund. When the prosecutrix along with her friends reached to the applicant's house, she was ill-treated, humiliated and manhandled by the parents of the applicant.
