Applicants, who were 20 in numbers, forcibly brought back complainant to municipal council's office, played mischief with official records, torn some pages of inward & outwards register. Entire incident was recorded in CCTV, which is also part of case diary. Applicants have also taken away some important files with them, which are still in their possession. Complainant immediately after incident lodged written report in concerned police station, hence it cannot be said that complaint lodged against applicants is false and frivolous.
