Since all the anticipatory bail applications are arising out the same crime number, they are being heard and decided by this common order.

The applicants have preferred these applications for grant of anticipatory bail, as they apprehend their arrest in

connection with Crime No.61/2020, registered at Police Station Manendragarh, District Koriya C.G. for offence punishable under Sections 294, 506, 323, 147, 148, 341, 307 read with Section 34 of the IPC.

Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that applicants have formed unlawful assembly committed rioting and caused injuries to Sushil Rajak, Deepak Kewat and Mukesh in the late evening of 29.02.2020. Injured Mukesh has sustained fracture of jaw bone.

Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail.

Having seen the case diary and considering the material available therein, I am of the view that these cases are not fit to release the applicants on anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, all the anticipatory bail applications are rejected.
