This is the second bail application filed on behalf of the applicant. The first bail application was rejected by a detailed order dated 10.08.2020.
The only new ground which has been raised by the counsel for the applicant is that there is no likelihood of the early disposal of the trial.
I find no change in the circumstances of the case to entertain the present second bail application at this stage. Accordingly, the application is rejected.
