2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that on the last date of hearing a direction has been given to counsel for the State to call for the status report of the applicant.

Learned counsel for the State/respondent submits that as per the direction dated 06.7.2021 of this Court, status report of applicant has been received from Central Jail, Bilaspur, wherein it has been mentioned that applicant Shivkumar Netam has been released on 15.4.2020 after completion of his jail sentence.

4. Learned counsel for the State/respondent is directed to submit the said report with covering memo during the course of the day.
5. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that since the applicant has already been released after completion of his jail sentence, he does not want to press the present revision petition.
6. In view of the above submission, the revision petition is dismissed as not pressed.
