In the pending proceeding under Section 340 of the CrPC, the petitioner made an application for examining the complainant witnesses. That

application has been rejected by the Court below
directing the petitioner/complainant to examine
himself first.

After hearing the petitioner in person and after going through the records, I do not find any illegality in the order passed by the Court below as the said Court has rightly directed the petitioner to examine himself first and thereafter to pay process fee for summoning his witnesses.

Accordingly, the petition under Section 482 of the CrPC deserves to be and is hereby dismissed.
