Perused the P.U.D dated 10.10.2020, received from Central Jail, Ambikapur (Surguja) (C.G.) wherein, it has been reported that the Appellant No.1 has released from jail on 26.01.2005 & Appellant No.2 has released from jail on 20.10.2005 after completion of their entire jail sentence imposed upon them by the concerned Trial Court.
2. Learned counsel for the Appellants submits that he doesn't want to press this appeal.
3. Accordingly, the instant appeal is dismissed as not pressed.
