It is informed by learned counsel for the contemptners that applicant Chetan Vashwani in Cont No.811/2019, Surendra Sharma in CONT No.839/2019, Neelendra Sharma in CONT No.841/2019, Nilamber in CONT No.815/2019, Nanuk Bai in CONT No.890/2019, Sanjay Kumar Shrivastava in CONT No.889/2019, Jeevesh Sharma in CONT No.867/2019, Aryawrat Singh in CONT No.1095/2019, Dhruv Singh in CONT No.1099/2019, Kumari Devi in CONT No.1101/2019, Uttam Singh in CONT No.1102/2019, Premraj Sharma in CONT No.799/2019 have already been paid the amount of compensation, therefore, the contempt has been purged. Learned counsels for the applicants do not dispute the

In view of the above, these contempt petitions are disposed of.

In respect of applicant Gokul Patel in CONT No.813/2019, Beena Bai in CONT No.896/2019 and Deepchand in CONT No.895/2019, it is stated by the learned counsel for the contemptners that name of the concerned land holders have not been recorded in the revenue record, therefore, they have not been paid the amount at the present, however, as soon as the revenue record is corrected by entering their names in the record, they shall also be paid compensation.

In view of the above, Contempt petition in respect of Gokul Patel in CONT No.813/2019, Beena Bai in CONT No.896/2019 and Deepchand in CONT No.895/2019 are disposed of with direction that on these applicants making representation after entering their names in the revenue record the amount of compensation shall be paid to them within four weeks from the date of submitting information by the applicants before the concerned authority alongwith proof that their names have been entered in the revenue record. These contempt petitions are also disposed of.
