06.03.1981. Learned counsel submits that Annexure P/1 shows that Dr. S. Murly Mohan Murty (Seriol No. 23) who had joined in the year 1984 has been given the said payscale from the year 2013. Likewise the circular of the State dated 01.04.2013 (Annexure P/6) also shows that the period to get a particular time payscale for the persons who serves in the naxal affected area would be reduced to four years from six years and that would be counted from the date of their joining the service. Since the petitioner also has served in the naxal affected area therefore he is also entitled to get the benefit of the 'Pravar Shreni Vetanman'. Learned counsel further submits that due to such fixation of the time payscale from 01.01.2019, the payment of pension which would be paid to the petitioner would severely be affected whereas the persons who have joined the date subsequent to the petitioner have been given the benefit from the prior date. It is further submitted that under these circumstances the petitioner may be given liberty to make a detail representation to the respondent No. 1 Secretary Department of Health which may be directed to be decided within a stipulated time.
