The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition seems to be the non releasing of the undisputed amount of money to the petitioner for suppling of various medical Equipments and Analyzers that the petitioner has supplied to the respondent No. 2 through the respondent No. 1.

According to the petitioner, these supplies were made as early as in the year 2015-2016 and inspite of repeated approach to the authorities, the admitted dues have till date not been cleared.

At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.

1 submits that on instruction, he has been intimated that the payments of the petitioner could not be cleared because of the fact

that the bills raised by the petitioner were not supported with the certification of the consignee to whom the supplies were made as is required under Annexure 13 of the tender documents.

According to the learned counsel for the respondent No. 1, in the event if the petitioner is able to provide the certification from the consignee in the requisite format provided, the same shall be processed promptly without any delay.

Given the said facts, let the petitioner make efforts with the respondent No. 2 in getting the certification from the consignee in respect of the supplies he has made, for which the respondent No. 2 shall instruct the authorities concerned in providing the same and thereafter due verification of the same the respondent No.1, may take appropriate steps at the earliest.

The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of.
