examination, the accused is her cousin (Mausi's son). The accused used to stay in the house of the prosecutrix at a regular interval. She admits that while working in a stone quarry, the accused was residing in her house. She went along with the accused to his house as they are close relative and had prior acquaintance and intimacy, though she denies that their relation was in the nature of an affair. Insofar as her age is concerned, except for filing the dakhil kharij register of the school where she got admitted to Class 9th in the year 2014, there is no other proof in the nature of kotwari register or birth certificate prepared at the time of her birth.
