Both the petitioners are husband and wife and have filed the petition being aggrieved of the same order affecting both.

The limited grievance which the petitioners have raised through the instant Writ Petitions is that, since the examination of their two school going childrens is under process, they may be granted protection till the academic –

session is over. According to the petitioners, their daughter Ku.Ananya Singh is an student of class-10th and is appearing in the Board examination and their son is undergoing his examination for class-7th.

The said request made by the petitioners seems to be fair and reasonable.

Therefore, this Court is of the opinion that, ends of justice would meet if the Writ Petitions are disposed off with a direction to the respondents No. 2

& 3 not to relieve the petitioners from their present place of posting till 15th of April i.e. till the exams of their childrens are over and the relieving be made if necessary only after 15th of April, 2019.

Both the Writ Petitions are accordingly stands disposed off.
