(The respondents 2 to 7 are the legal heirs of the original defendants Reshamlal. Though in the impugned judgment the Reshamlal has been shown as respondent no.1 but he has already expired and his legal representatives have also made as respondents and therefore in the present appeal he is not being impleaded.
