Having heard the Counsel for the applicant and on perusal of the contents of the application, this court is of the opinion that subject to the applicant paying cost of Rs. 750/- towards the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association Library Fund, Account No. 32749718036, within a period of 7 days from today. The present MCC stands allowed. On furnishing certificate of payment of cost, the writ petition i.e. WPS. No. 6922 of 2018 would stand restored to its original number. The present MCC accordingly stands allowed and disposed off. |
