(1) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that most of the petitioners are working on the post of Shiksha Karmi Grade II & III, in the Primary/Middle Schools of Tahsil Palari, DistrictRaipur and they are entitled for similar benefit at par with the employees of Janpat Panchayat as mentioned in the document (Annexure P-11) and for which they have made a representation but the same has not been considered and decided till date and, therefore, the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

(2) Ms. Sujata Shukla, would submit that the petitioners' representation will be considered and decided in accordance with law expeditiously.

(3) I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.

(4) Be that as it may, the respondent No. 1 to 3- the competent authority is directed to consider and disposed of the petitioners' representation expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The petitioners are at liberty to make additional representation, if any.

(5) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
