Counsel for both the parties are agreed to that this writ petition may be disposed of by giving direction that the petitioners No.2, 5

to 17 may file representations before respondent No.2 for redressal of their grievances and direction may be issued to the said authority to decide such representations within stipulated time.

Looking to these facts and circumstances of the case and submission made by the counsel for the parties, the instant writ petition is disposed off with this direction that the petitioners No.2, 5 to 17 may file representations before respondent No.2 for redressal of their grievances within 15 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. In case the petitioners file such representations before respondent No.2, in that event respondent No.2 shall decide such representations expeditiously preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of such representations in accordance with law and procedure. Respondent No.2 may also examine Annexure P-3 before deciding the representations of the petitioners.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
